Beating  one';s wife seems to be ingrained  in many men' ;s mindsets as the appro priate behav  iour for  a strong male, but the con   sequences are  misery for the wife and children, and often a bro ken, unhappy home. The concept of d omestic violence is based on the noti on of pat riarchy, which ne eds to be conve rted  into equality. 　　Ep08:Toxic Foo d -  Poiso n On Our  Plate?　　Fo r decades o ur food and water have be en co ntaminated  by po werful, harmful  pesticides whic  h have been promote d as necessary fo r be tter agricu ltural out  put. But th e reality is that we don't need pestici des for better yie ld, and their use is n ot on ly deadly fo r health  but results in expensive farming methods . The s olution is to adopt organic farm  ing, which is possible and  profitable,  as the state of Sikkim ha s shown.　　Ep09:Alcohol Abuse - Think Before You Drin k　　A lcohol con sumption is  associated with having fun and enjoying life.  But excess ive, irresponsible drinking   takes   away that v ery life  itself. Many alcohol   addicts have climbed back to normal lif e, pro  ving that it is  possible t o live happily w ithout alco hol.
