The thin g that gets me ab out the s how is how much the judges and fashionazis (and the pretentious & shal low fashion indus try in general) nit-pi ck a gainst the equally bitc hy co ntestants about li ttle, petty, trivial, fr ivolous, anal-rete ntive thing s about their appearance, personality, etc. Things that the *REAL* people in this world (which the fashi on industr y lack s, thank fully) wo uldn9;t g ive rat9;s ass number 1 abou t. (Myself included.) Crap like: " Oh, your le ft eyebrow is a yoctometer off center. That isn't gonn a fly, and nobody will take you seri ously in this industr y because of it!" Or, "Yo u';re b reathing wrong. Good luck wit h winning t his competitio n." I'm just kidding here, but t hey usually end up saying things almost exactly li ke this on this sh ow. If ge tting into the fa shion industry is this hard, painful, b itchy, insulting, nit-picky, catty, back stabbing, a nd an al-retentive as this s how tries t o portra y, than t hank the good Lord that He m ade me all fa t, balding, hairy, and dumpy- frumpy-d owdy-frowsy-g eeky-lookin ', because I woul d never want to be requ ired to have the caustic bitchiness and anal, pre tentious a ttitude of any m odel or fas hionazi ( or any f ashio n indu stry worke r), namel y the people on this show. And Jan ice Dickinson, mercy, do not get me st arted on her... This show needs to die.
